Position Overview:

Seeking a talented and motivated Insurance Defense Attorney with experience in any of the following areas:

• Construction
• Trucking
• Insurance Coverage
• Premises & Products Liability
• Casualty

As a key member of the team, you will handle a variety of complex litigation matters, working closely with clients to provide top-tier legal services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in these practice areas, along with strong analytical and advocacy skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases from initial investigation through trial and appeal
• Draft and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment
• Conduct discovery, including depositions and expert witness preparation
• Provide legal analysis and strategy recommendations to clients
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations and arbitrations
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Georgia bar 
• 3+ years of experience in insurance defense 
• Strong experience in one or more of the specified practice areas
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
• Commitment to providing high-quality client service
